The holiday season is officially over so it’s time to kick it back into high gear! We already knew the first two episode titles, but now the full Naruto Shippuden January 2014 schedule is finally here thanks to artondrius. In this first month of 2014, the anime will have four brand new episodes. Naruto Shippuden 344, which aired last week, covered material from Naruto manga chapters 601 and 602.
Saiyan Island’s prediction for the rest of the month is more flashbacks of Obito. This includes his time with Madara, his experiences with each of his former team of Rin, Kakashi, and Minato, and encounters with Nagato, Konan, and Yahiko. These are of course canon flashbacks, although the anime may add additional material to them. Our prediction is January will cover up to Naruto manga chapter 608 or 609 and then transition into the filler ANBU Kakashi Special on February 6.
